Hi there!!  

My name is Andrea and I am dedicated to helping you take the stress out of planning your next vacation, whether its a family trip, a group or even business travel!

A little about me...I am first and foremost a mom to my amazing little boy and a wife to my hard-working and incredibly supportive husband. We live just outside of Armada, Michigan. We have a nice chunk of property which is sandwiched between farm fields. Its a nice blend of fields, a pond, wooded land and we even have a creek with a little bridge with lots of wildlife all around us! We are dabbling in the homesteading life a bit with several large gardens, a flock of chickens, 2 Great Danes, 2 barn cats and 2 pet glow fish!

On the personal side, I love crafting when I have time, amateur photography (mainly of my son, dogs, wildlife and our vacations of course) and camping. We do a lot of camping. I am a sort of self-proclaimed "techie" and am always researching new gadgets! I also thoroughly enjoy my charity work, especially my work on the board of my son's school booster club.

Professionally, I have a background in the Automotive Service industry with almost 20 years spent in local dealerships and independent shops. While I was on maternity leave, my husband and I decided that I would not go back to my job and become a stay at home mom (thankfully I was able to). That is when I got my start in the travel industry! A friend of the family, and our travel agent, offered me a job doing administrative work for her agency at home. It was something I could do while still taking care of a new baby, new puppy and all of my other responsibilities. That quickly evolved to working at her home office a day or two a week and then over the course of a few years she began to teach me the ropes. After a while I decided that I really wanted to focus my attention on families rather than so much corporate or expensive ultra luxury travel that the average family cannot afford. So I decided to start my own agency! After a lot of research I joined forces with an amazing host agency (Outside Agents) and in April of 2019 I launched Armada Family Travel! 

I specialize in Disney just because my family and I are Disnerds! But Armada Family Travel is a full-service travel agency! We handle everything from packages including flights, hotels and rentals; to cruises, cruise-tours and land only and more!!

We provide individualized service to each client or family that we do business with. Whether you need help with every little detail or just someone to get you the best package deal and do the legwork for you...we are here for YOU!

I love helping clients from across the map with their travel plans, but again, my main focus is on helping families and friends in my community make the most of their limited and precious time away together!

I am committed to keeping up to date on the latest and greatest news, promotions and details, which is why I am frequently up late doing training modules and webinars.

In addition, I have forged relationships with specialty companies and locations if you're looking for a sporting or adventure trip, including many different tour operators across the globe to ensure you have the most immersive and enjoyable experience possible.
